BERNARD BRIER, and STEPHEN TODD, each competent person over the age of 21, and each a
disinterested party to this action,
to serve process in the above cause. In support thereof would show that due to heavy volume, delays are
often encountered in serving process by the Sheriff’s Office, and that the appointment of the aforesaid
Elisor will have significant time in effecting service.
Wherefore, Plaintiff requests entry of an order granting its motion for Appointment of Elisor.
