amicably resolved by the parties thereto, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above and foregoing cause be and the same is
hereby dismissed with prejudice as to the Defendants, BERTHA FLANDERS and
STEVEN G. ATWATER, and each party to bear their own costs and attorney’s fees.
