Plaintiff, by and through undersigned counsel, moves this Court for the entry of an Order granting
a One Hundred and Twenty (120) day extension of time in which to serve process on the Defendant and
as grounds therefore would state:
1. The Plaintiff ‘s previous Summons and Complaint was returned unserved.
2. The Plaintiff believes that they have located the Defendant.
3. As a result, the Plaintiff requests an extension of One Hundred and Twenty days to serve the
Defendant.
4. The Defendant will not be unduly prejudiced by the extension of time and this motion is not intended
to unduly delay proceedings.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court enter an Order granting a One Hundred
and Twenty (120) day extension of time in which to serve process on the Defendant.
