(“U.S. Bank”) has filed an Application for Writ of Garnishment After Judgment
(“Application”) in this cause; and
Whereas U.S.. Bank and Texas Construction Specialists, L.L.C. (“TCS”) and Mark
Young (“Young”) (hereinafter collectively the “Parties”) have entered into a Confidential
Settlement Agreement disposing oi’al] claims in this case; and,
Whereas the Parties agree to fully effect the terms of the said Confidential
Settlement Agreement, and,
The Parties do hereby agree that U.S. Bank’s Application is hereby withdrawn;
Now therefore, Garnishor,U.S. Bank, and Intervenors, TCS and Young, hereby
AGREE for this Court to VACATE and DISSOLVE the Writ 0f Garnishment issued by
the Court 0n March 13, 2020, and the Parties ask that the Court to enter this Agreed Ordér
effecting the cancellation of the filing of said Application.
