Having come before the Court for hearing on April 21, 2021, the Motion for
Summary Judgment by Kirby Offshore Marine Operating, L.L.C., as to Plaintiffs'
Claims, and, after considering Kirby's motion, the plaintiffs' response, the arguments
of counsel, the pleadings, and the summary judgment evidence filed by the parties,
the Court is of the opinion that Kirby's motion should be denied.
