Tentative Ruling
The Court ordered the following in advance of the Case Management Conference on 11/15/2021.
Parties to appear via videoconference at 9:30 a.m., using the Bluejeans.com website or
application using Meeting ID at 5106902721.
Parties to appear and provide the court with a status report of all discovery that has been
completed in this case, together with a list of any other discovery that each party believes must
be completed in order for the party to engage in meaningful, good faith, settlement discussions at
the MSC, as well as the current plan to get said discovery completed prior to the Mandatory
Settlement Conference scheduled for 12/16/2021.
Parties also to report on their readiness for trial. Parties to have their calendars with them so the
court can reset the trial of this matter, if appropriate.
Counsel is ordered to appear to show cause why monetary sanctions should not be imposed for
failing to file a case management conference statement no later than 15 days before the case
management conference pursuant to CRC 3.725(a).
