The Court has ordered the following at the conclusion ofa judicially supervised law & motion hearing

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Case continued for further hearing to 02:30 PM on 05/12/2021 in Department 20. Parties to appear via

Passcode 3803.
In the meantime, the Court issues the following interim orders on this motion for sanctions:
1. Defendant V5 System, Inc. ("V5") ishereby ordered toproduce alldocuments responsive to
plaintiffs outstanding discovery requests no laterthan May 10,2021, with service of saiddocuments to
be made same day via email to plaintiff'scounsel, in addition to any other method of service permitted
under the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. Defendant V5 is hereby ordered to provide plaintiff with verified,fully code-compliant responses to
Form Interrogatory 216.1 no laterthan May 10,2021, with service of saidresponses to be made same
day via email to plaintiff's
counsel, inaddition to any other method of service permitted under the Code
of Civil Procedure.
BE ADVISED: The failureto comply with any aspect of these orders may subject the offending party to
monetary and other sanctions including issue, evidentiary, and terminating sanctions, as appropriate
under the circumstances.
