After considering Plaintiff’sMotion for Substituted Service and supporting Affidavit, it is ordered by the
Court that the Motion is granted, and that the service upon Defendant(s), RICARDO RODRIGUEZ, be made
by delivering a true copy of Citation; Plaintiffs Original Petition by first attempting to deliver said
documents with anyone over sixteen years of age at the location specified OR, if unsuccessful, by affixing
securely to the front door/entry way at 4405 S SHARY RD APT 423, MISSION, TX78572. If the property is
protected by a fence or gate, service shall be made by attaching to the gate at 4405 S SHARY RD APT 423,
MISSION, TX78572 OR by leaving with the guard if the gate is staffed. The Defendant(s) can be notified of
this suit by this method.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the return of service on the Citation; Plaintiffs Original Petition state when
and how the Citation; Plaintiffs Original Petition was served, and be signed and sworn to by the person
making the return of service.
