                                                        MOTION FOR ORDER OF COMPLIANCE

                                   Pursuant to Practice Book § 13-14,the plaintiff, Carlos Casillas, hereby moves for an order

                          directing   the  defendants, Stonehouse, LLC           and   James   M. Gay     to  comply     with  interrogatory
                          twenty-four(24). ofthe interrogatories served on them on January 23,2020' by a date certain. The
                           plaintiff  further   moves    for  an  order   directing   the  defendant,    Carolyn    Hart,   to  comply    with
                           interrogatory    thirteen (13) of the    interrogatories served      on  her  on  January   24, 2020" by a date
                          certain.     The   defendants     have   failed  to  respond     fairly  and/or   improperly     objected    to  the

                           aforementioned interrogatories.^




                          'These interrogatories are attached hereto as Exhibits A and B, respectively.
                         'These interrogatories are attached hereto as Exhibit C.
                          ■ Plaintiff has receivedunsworn compliance with    other items in the discovery requests served January 23 and 24,
                          2020. Counsel for the defendants have indicated at sworn responses to plaintiffs interrogatories will be forthcoming.
