OF NEW BRITAIN WILLIS ET ALS : AT NEW BRITAIN VS. : JUNE 28, 2021 TOWN OF WATERFORD STIPULATED JUDGMENT The parties hereto hereby stipulate and agree that, solely for the purpose of resolving the above captioned matter, judgment may be rendered in this case finding that the taxation imposed upon real property of the Plaintiffs, more particularly described in Paragraph 1 of the Application for Relief Against Excessive Tax Valuation, October 1, 2019, excessive taxation was imposed upon the real property of the Plaintiffs in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars, solely with respect to the Grand Lists of October 1, 2018 and October 1, 2019, collectively. As a result of the determination that excessive taxation was imposed upon the real property of the Plaintiffs, as set forth above, the Plaintiffs shall receive a rebate for taxes previously paid to the Defendant, Town of Waterford, on the Grand List of October 1, 2018 and October 1, 2019 in the aggregate amount of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.00) Dollars on or before August 31, 2021. No interest shall be awarded to the Plaintiffs on the overpayment of taxes made to date. In addition, no costs shall be awarded to either party. Furthermore, the foregoing stipulation is binding only as to the parties hereto and their successors in interest, and shall not be deemed as an admission as to any issues in any other litigation between the Defendant and any other parties pending or in the future.
