ILP, F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP has an office and place of business with an address of

105 Corporate Drive, Plano, TX 75024.

2. At all times complained of herein, the Defendant(s), Brian J. Ducey, a/k/a Brian Ducey, owned
property situated in the Town of Torrington, County of Litchfield and State of Connecticut known as
52 College Avenue, Torrington, CT, (hereinafter the “Property”) being more particularly described in
