and will disclose them upon receipt.
Plaintiff has complied with all requests of Interrogatories per Connecticut Practice Book
§§13-7(a)(2) and 13-IO(a)(2). Furthermore, a trial date has not been scheduled in this matter at
this time.
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff objects to the Motion for Non-Suit and seeks costs of this
Motion and a reasonable attorney's fee.
