On April 26, this Court issued a notice requiring the parties to file a proposed scheduling order by May 21. However, three days later, Defendants filed a motion for review of this Court's order terminating the stay, which put in place another stay pending a decision on the motion for review. As a result, the parties respectfully request that the deadline to file a proposed scheduling order be set for June 30, 2021.
