BADY SASSIN, (hereinafter “Movants”) move the court for an order withdrawing their appearance as counsel for MICROCHECK SOLUTIONS, INC.,and EDUCATED SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS, INC., Plaintiffs in this action, and shows the court: CONFERENCE This will certify that a conference was held with Counsel for Defendants and they are not opposed to therelief requested. Further, Plaintiffs have stated in correspondence dated July 14, 2006 that they will find other counsel to substitute in for Plaintiffs and therefore Movants will not need to file a Motion to Withdraw. Therefore, this motion is unopposed. 1. Movants previously entered appearances for the Plaintiffs in this action; 2. Circumstances and conflicts have subsequently arisen between Movants and the Plaintiffs which renders further representation impossible. Plaintiffs have further breached their fee agreement with counsel and have expressed an intent not to pay or fund past or future litigation costs.
