As you may, or may not, be aware, MicroCheck has recently undergone major changes in the way
we do business. While, this is a “delicate” matter to address, I have found it best to state the facts
and be as forthcoming as possible with you, our valued client.
Simply put, in October of ’04 there was a hostile and iflegal takeover of Microcheck Systems that
was intended to put it out of business. The details and specifics are outlined in the following,
official White Paper.
Because of loss of documentation and files, it is just recently that we were able to identify you as
having been a MicroCheck customer under the salesmanship of Jim Hayden. While you may
have been contacted by Jim Hayden, Mike Smith, Chris Zigrossi or Scott Murphy advising you
that they are the “official” selling and/or servicing agent for MicroCheck products, please be
aware that is NOT the case.
On a more positive note, we have reorganized and stabilized. We have brought on many new
personnel whose focus is providing exceptional customer service. We have been successful in
correcting and implementing fixes for many software issues. We will soon be issuing an upgrade
that will alleviate many of the past year’s issues.
We are also excited to let you know that our R&D is working on several new modules that will be
instrumental in assisting your school in meeting the new governmental regulations relating to
security and nutritional reporting.
MicroCheck Solutions has truly become a technology-based company with the single goal of
making your orzanization’s job easier, more efficient and trouble free.
