THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard at the Defendant's Sentencing on the date of the entry
of this order as reflected below, and the Court having adjudicated the defendant guilty, it is
hereby;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Motor Vehicles is directed to
revoke the driver's license or driving privilege of Robert Randall Gansert Jr..
Robert Randall Gansert Jr. is a person eighteen (18) years of age or older. Robert Randall
Gansert Jr. is convicted of a crime enumerated in Florida Statute 322.055.
The period of such revocation shall be for one (1) year or until the person is evaluated for
and, if deemed necessary by the evaluating agency, completes a drug treatment and rehabilitation
program approved or regulated by the Department of Children and Families.
The Court directs the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to issue a
license for driving privileges restricted to business/employment purposes, as defined by Fla. Stat.
322.271, if the defendant is otherwise qualified for such a license.
