confirmed an asset of the JAMES AND KIRSTI CHAO LIVING TRUST dated June 15, 1990,
as amended on December 4, 2016, the legal description of which is as follows:

All that real property situated in the City of Berkeley, County of Alameda, State
of California, described as follows:

Lot 44, in Block 2, as said Jot and block are shown on the map of
“Cragmont, Berkeley, California”, filed July 17, 1907, in book 23
of Maps, page 15, in the office of the County Recorder of
Alameda County.
