COMES NOW, CA FORENSICS, LLC. (“Plaintiff") and MACDONALD DEVIN ZIEGLER
MADDEN KENEFICK & HARRIS, P.C. now known as MACDONALD DEVIN MADDEN KENEFICK &
HARRIS, P.C. (“Defendants”) in the above-styled and numbered cause, and files this Joint Motion
to Dismiss with Prejudice, for the reasons as follows:
1. Plaintiff and Defendants have fully resolved all disputes in controversary and have
settled all claims in the above-referenced case and have agreed to the attached Agreed Order of
Dismissal with Prejudice.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff and Defendants would respectfully request the Court to grant this
