CAUSE NO. 18-12-17053
ENERGY CAPITAL CREDIT UNION § IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF
Plaintiff
V. MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TEXAS
THEODORE JOSEPH MAIER
Defendant(s) 284TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
ORDER FOR REINSTATEMENT.
On this day came on to be heard the motion of Plaintiff for reinstatement of the above cause
of action. The Court, having considered said motion and the evidence thereon, as well as the
arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that Plaintiff's failure to pursue prosecution in this cause
was not intentional or the result of conscious indifference. The Court finds that Plaintiff's cause
of action should be reinstated on the docket of this Court to the same effect as if it had never been
dismissed.
IT IS ORDERED that the order dismissing this cause of action be and is hereby set aside
and that the Plaintiffs cause of action is hereby reinstated on the docket of this Court, to the same
effect as if it had never been dismissed.
