This day this cause came on to be heard upon the motion of Appellant for a stay of the
August 3, 2011 BWC Order denying Appcllant’s application to be certified as a provider in the
Health Partnership Program ("HPP"), and the Court, being duly advised upon consideration of
the arguments of counsel, hereby FINDS that an unusual hardship will result upon the Appellant
during the pendency of this appeal by the execution of the BWC Order. This Court, pursuant to
R.C. 119.12, hereby ORDERS that BWC's Order denying Appellant's application to be certified
as a BWC Provider in the HPP is Stay. Appellant may continue his participation in HPP, and
BWC will reimburse Appellant for services rendered during the pendency of this appeal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
