DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION
Pursuant to Gov.Bar R. XII(2)(A)(6), Joseph F. Murray, a member of the bar of
the State of Ohio and an attorney with the law firm of Murray Murphy Moul + Basil
LLP, hereby moves for permission for attorney Robert Beck to appear and participate pro
hac vice as co-counsel for Defendant Griffin Pest Control in this case. In support of this
motion, the undersigned states:
1. Mr. Beck is an attorney with the law firm of Beck, VanWagoner & Shinar,
PLLC.
2. A certificate of pro hac vice registration from the Supreme Court of Ohio
for Mr. Beck is attached as Exhibit 1. The Ohio Pro Hac Vice Registration Number for
Mr. Beck is PHV-3602-2013.
3. In order to obtain the certificate of pro hac vice registration, Mr. Beck was
required to certify that he will comply with the applicable statutes, law and procedural
rules of the State of Ohio, and the rules, policies, and procedures of this Court and will be
familiar with and comply with the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules for

4, The affidavit of Mr. Beck required by Gov.Bar R. XII(2)(A)(6) is attached
as Exhibit 2.

retirements, and any attorney registration numbers:

of Permission to Appear Pro Hac Vice and a copy of the Order granting permission with
