Rule 7(E) of the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure and respectfully requests the
Prosecuting Attorney to furnish the Defendant with a Bill of Particulars setting out
specifically the nature of the offenses charged and of the conduct of the Defendant
alleged to constitute said offenses.
Criminal Rule 7(E) provides that when the Defendant makes a request
"the prosecuting attorney shall furnish the Defendant with a bill of particulars
setting out specifically the nature of the offense charged and of the conduct of the
Defendant alleged to constitute the offense." See State v. Lawrinson (1990), 49
Ohio St. 3d 238.
