Defendant herein having entered a Guilty Plea to the offense of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer (serious harm/substantial risk)(F3) AND Escape (detained on F-1)(F2) under 2921.331(B)/2921.331(C)(5) & 2921.134 (A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, was brought before the Court, with Counsel, for sentencing on AUGUST 1, 2019, The Court ORDERS that Defendant be sentenced to the following Community Control Sanctions for a period not to exceed 5 years under the control and supervision of the Montgomery County Division of Criminal Justice Services, conditioned upon 1. Defendant’s faithful adherence to all the rules and regulations of the Division of Criminal Justice Services of the Court; 2. Defendant’s compliance with the General Conditions of this Court for probationers; and 3. Defendant’s compliance with the following Community Control Sanctions: COMMUNITY CONTROL SANCTIONS: 1. Defendant shall be subject to a term of Basic probation; 2. CCS shall be terminated as UNSUCCESSFUL IMMEDIATELY. The Court hereby suspends the defendant's driver's license for THREE (3) YEARS. The suspension is to run concurrent with any other driver's license suspension presently imposed. If the defendant does not possess a driver's license, the defendant shall not apply for one for this period of time. Court costs are hereby WAIVED by the Court. Bond is RELEASED.
