Plaintiffs, Vincent Dobbins and Tamera Daniels, filed a Motion to Compel Discovery
on June 15, 2018, returnable on July 6, 2018. Prior to filing this Motion, Plaintiffs filed a
Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint on May 4, 2018, and a Motion for
Reconsideration on June 6, 2018. Both Motions were returnable on June 22, 2018. On July
11, 2018, the Court dismissed this matter with prejudice. Thus, the Court deems Plaintiffs’
Motion to Compel Discovery moot, for all the reasons discussed in the Court’s July 11, 2018
Order and Memorandum of Decision.
It is hereby Ordered that Plaintiffs, Vincent Dobbins and Tamera Daniels’ Motion to
Compel Discovery is denied as moot.
