Plaintiff has agreed to pay a portion of the interpreter costs for the jury trial on the claims
between Plaintiff and Defendant Donald D. Harper. Specifically, Plaintiff has agreed to pay a total
of $560, which represents the $20 per hour increase each interpreter made to their final quote prior
to booking. This portion of the interpreters’ fees that Plaintiff has agreed to pay are separate and
apart from the costs of this action and shall not be later assessed to Defendant Harper at the
conclusion of the trial
After trial, when the bill is received, Caroline Kopel, the Court’s Language Access
Coordinator, will forward it with a breakdown of the total interpreting hours billed to Plaintiffs
counsel. Plaintiff's counsel will then provide a check, with this case number referenced in the
memo line, made out to: Franklin County Common Pleas Court. At the appropriate time, the check
shall be mailed to Franklin County Common Pleas Court, Attn: Caroline Kopel, 345 S. High St.
2nd Floor Administration, Columbus, OH 43215.
