UNTIMELY UNDER L.R. 21.01

Plaintiff's response to OhioHealth Corporation’s (“OhioHealth”) motion to dismiss is
untimely and should be disregarded by the Court. OhioHealth filed its motion to dismiss for failure
to attach an affidavit of merit relative to OhioHealth on April 6, 2016. Under Local Rule 21.01,
Plaintiffs response was due by April 20, fourteen days after OhioHealth filed and served its
motion. Plaintiff, however, did not file a response to the motion until on May 4 — twenty-eight
