Dear Mr. Bello:
Please be advised that the Court is in receipt ofyour correspondence of July 3, 2018. All counsel have been
copied on this response.
Following oral argument on June 29. 2018, the Court entered a Consent Order to allow for the second
amendment of plaintif-fs Complaint. The Court *.illconsider plaintiff s July 3, 2018 conespondence as a
supplemental to that prooeeding.
The Court will not review the audio evidence suggested by plaintiffas said review is not warranted at this
time. Rather, the Court will allow plaintiff to include in the Second Amended Complaint any and all counts
that plaintiff deems appropriate. The Court, however. cannot offer legal advice as to what counts can or
should be included in this pleading.
Accordingly, and in contbrmity with the Consent Order dated June 29, 201 8, plaintiff must file his Second
Amended Complaint, which shall include any and all claims against the defendants named in said Second
Amended Complaint, within 30 days of the Court's June 29,2018 Order. Thereafter, plaintiff shall not make
or seek leave to make any amendments to the Second Amended Complaint as to the parties named as
def'endants in the Second Amended Complaint.
