APC Associates, et al., Docket No. BUR-L-1147-18 DearJ udge Dow: | have been advised, through numerous emails, that Your Honor has encouraged the litigants in the above-captioned matter to involve Fair Share Housing Center (FSHC) in a meeting regarding settlement that follows from a mediation session that was held with the court last week. | write to respectfully advise Your Honor that FSHC is not willing to participate in such a meeting. FSHC has a binding and enforceable settlement agreement with Moorestown Township that addresses the municipality's fair share obligations.
