1 lama resident of the Township of Willingboro and a member of
Township Council.
2. lama candidate in the upcoming election for township council in
Willingboro.
3. I circulated one petition during the period prior to April 1, 2019, when it
was necessary to obtain signatures in support of my candidacy.

4, The same petition was circulated by Edison Holley, Sarah Holley,
Amanda Koon, Charlotte Johnson, Dennis Tunstall and me.
5. When I turned in the petition on April 1, 2019, I did sowith all the
required certified circulator appendages attached.
6 When I arrived at the municipal building on April 1, 2019, I witnessed
Samantha Whitfield turning in additional signatures to her petition.
7, A review of the petitions submitted shows no stamp date or other
indication there was a supplemental portion of the original petition.
8. The original petition was marked stamped received on March 29, 2019.
