hearing under R. C. section 2107.24 to determine if the Will offered for probate shall be
treated as if it had been executed as a will in compliance with R:C. section 2107.03.
The hearing was scheduled for May 11, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Probate
Courtroom at 145 N. Union St., Third Floor, Delaware, Ohio 43015. Debbie Beverage
Dorsey appeared at the hearing and did not present sufficient evidence to admit the
purported (lost) Will to probate.
Two months have passed without any further activity by the applicant, Debbie
Beverage Dorsey.
It is further ORDERED that the Applicant shall commence the appropriate
activity in this case with court filings by September 30, 2020, or the case will be
recommended for dismissal without prejudice on October 1, 2020.
