The DBPR , Division of Alcohol and Tobacco along with the FDA, by issuing a license to 42™ Oil Group Inc. authorized 4h Oil Group Inc. to sell such products. These are the governing agencies that have the responsibility and the resources to review the products they authorize for sale and should be accountable for any defects on products they license. i | 42" Oil Group Inc. and its associates strongly deny responsibility on this claim for the following reasons: 42" Oil Group Inc. did not mgt any of the products that it was licensed to resale.
