                                                                      ORDER

                           The   Court,   having   considered     Plaintiff’s   Motion    to Compel     Jurisdictional    Discovery

                  and Motion for Continuance on Defendant’s Special Appearance, all responsive briefing, and

                  the arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that Plaintiff’s Motion is meritorious and should be

                  GRANTED in all respects.

                           It is therefore ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:

                                1.   Defendant Oilnex shall provide full and complete responses to Plaintiff’s First
                                     Set of Jurisdictional Discovery by February 1, 2019;

                                2.   Defendant      Oilnex    shall   produce     for   Plaintiff    a  corporate     representative
                                     deposition on jurisdictional topics by February 8, 2019;

                                3.   Defendant     Interpump      shall  produce     for  Plaintiff   a  corporate    representative
                                     deposition on jurisdictional topics by February 8, 2019;

                                4.   The hearing on Defendant’s Special Appearance                 (currently set for January 25,
                                     2019) is hereby continued until a date after the parties have had the opportunity
                                     to engage in full and adequate jurisdictional discovery.

                  It is so ORDERED.
