It is therefore ORDERED and ADJUDGED that: 1. Defendant Oilnex shall provide full and complete responses to Plaintiff’s First Set of Jurisdictional Discovery by February 1, 2019; 2. Defendant Oilnex shall produce for Plaintiff a corporate representative deposition on jurisdictional topics by February 8, 2019; 3. Defendant Interpump shall produce for Plaintiff a corporate representative deposition on jurisdictional topics by February 8, 2019; 4. The hearing on Defendant’s Special Appearance (currently set for January 25, 2019) is hereby continued until a date after the parties have had the opportunity to engage in full and adequate jurisdictional discovery.
