                           After  having   duly   considered   Defendant,    DCS    All  American,     LLC    (“DCS”)    Motion    for

                  Summary      Judgement      as  to Plaintiff,  Robert    Peterson    (hereinafter   collectively    Plaintiff),  any

                  responses thereto, and any other evidence on file, this Court is of the opinion DCS                     Motion for

                  Summary Judgment should be GRANTED. It is therefore:

                           ORDERED thatPlaintiff’s claim           against DCS are dismissed with prejudice;

                           ORDERED that Plaintiff’s shall take nothing by way of this action against DCS

                           ORDERED that all          osts of Court shall be incurred by the party incurring the same

                           relief not expressly granted herein is expressly denied; and



                           It is fu ther ORDERED that all claims against DCS are severed into Cause No.

                  and this is a final appealable order as        DCS
