On this day came on to be considered the Traditional Motion for Summary Judgment urged
by Defendants Engle Martin & Associates, LLC and Natalie Prescott (collectively referred to
herein as “Defendants”). The Court, having considered Defendants’ Traditional Motion for
Summary Judgment, hereby finds that the Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that Defendants’ Traditional Motion for Summary Judgment is
GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that all of Plaintiffs’ claims for relief asserted in this case
against Defendants Engle Martin & Associates, LLC and Natalie Prescott are DISMISSED with
prejudice to re-filing.
