This action came on for hearing before the undersigned on the motion of
Defendant AMSOIL INC. to dismiss or stay this action under the doctrine of comity
due to the existence of a prior action pending between Defendant and Plaintiff
Remver, LLC in the United States District Court for the Western District of
Wisconsin.
Based on the pleadings, arguments of counsel, the memoranda of the parties,
the declarations submitted in connection with this motion, and all the les, records
and proceedings herein, the Court nds as follows:
All claims asserted in this action against Defendant AMSOIL INC. are hereby
STAYED pending resolution of the prior action pending between Defendant
AMSOIL INC. and Plaintiff Remver, LLC.
