Judgment enters in favor of the Plaintiff
the Town of Seekonk, by and through its Zoning
Enforcement Officer (“Town”), against Defendants Matthew Medeiros (d/b/a and a/k/a M J
Construction) and Dorothy Goncalo, in accordance with the prayers for relief set forth in the
Town’s Verified Complaint, and as set forth below:
The Defendants, their agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and all others in active
concert with them with actual notice of the Order, to:
1) Permanently cease from using the Property at 1568 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk,
Massachusetts, for business/commercial uses within seven (7) days of issuance of this
order;
2) Remove all commercial vehicles, including but not limited to the M J Construction
vehicles, from the Property at 1568 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk, Massachusetts,
within seven (7) days;

3) Remove all commercial equipment, including but not limited to the M J Construction
equipment, from the Property at 1568 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk, Massachusetts,
within seven (7) days
4) Remove all landscaping equipment and materials, including but not limited to the M J
Construction landscaping equipment and materials, from the Property at 1568 Fall
River Avenue, Seekonk, Massachusetts, that are not intended to serve the Property
within seven (7) days; and
5) Allow the Zoning Enforcement Officer and/or his authorized agent to enter onto the
Property to inspect for compliance with the Permanent Injunction, upon providing
one hour's advance telephone notice to Defendants Medeiros and Goncalo, anytime
between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
