                 The O'Briens do not have a document from the Plaintiff or his predecessors specifically

conveying written permission to drive ATV’s on the Plaintiffs property; provided,                      however, that

the Defendants contend that the easement conveys that permission. The parties wee

the easement itself constitutes written permission for such use.
