TO EXTEND DISCOVERY DEADLINES
8 NOW COME the Defendants and respectfully request that this Honorable Court extend
the discovery deadline in this matter from May 11, 2018 to August 17, 2018. As grounds for this
motion, the Defendants state as follows:
Both Defendants are suffering from serious medical conditions. On April 3, 2018, Dr.
Christian Song of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary wrote that Bonita O’Brien should not
participate in depositions for at least three months. In a similar vein, John F. O’Brien continues
Ay to be under active medical care.
Discovery is well underway. Depositions have already been taken for John F. O’Brien Jr.,
