NOW COME the Plaintiff, Jason Biladeau, and Defendant, Registrar of Motor Vehicles
and Division of Insurance Board of Appeal (the “Parties”), and hereby stipulate to the dismissal
of this matter pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii).
In support hereof, the Parties state the following:
1. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant filed an assented-to Motion to Stay these
proceedings as it had offered the Plaintiff another hearing in an attempt to resolve
this matter.
2. On December 9, 2016, this Court allowed the Motion to Stay.
3. Mr. Biladeau’s hearing was held on December 23, 2016.
4. On December 29, 2016, the Board issued its decision, in which it modified the
prior decision of the Registrar.
Accordingly, all issues that gave rise to the filing of this matter have been resolved and
this matter should be dismissed.
wy)WHEREFORE, the Parties, respectfully request that this Honorable Court dismiss the
above-captioned action pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) with prejudice.
