NOW COMES Plaintiff United Walls Systems LLC. (hereafter “Plaintiff* and/or
“UWS") and moves through its counsel that this Honorable Court, with the Assent of Defendant
Western Builders, Inc. (hereafter “WBI’); and Defendant Travelers Casualty and Surety
Company, continue the Pre-Trial Conference scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2013, at 2:00 PM.
As grounds for the Motion, plaintiff's counsel states that he has been called to a
conference with Judge Wilkins at Suffolk Superior Court at that same time. A projected 5-day
Jury Trial is commencing the following day and the Judge has called counsel in.
Counsel for the parties have conferred and request that the Pre-Trial Conference be
continued to April 25, 2013, at 2:00 PM. A Pre-Trial Memo has already been completed.
WHEREFORE, counsel for the parties respectfully request that the Pre-Trial Conference
