Temporary Orders. The Petitioner appeared in person and by counsel and announced ready. The
Respondent appeared in person and by counsel and announced ready. Both parties presented
evidence and rested. The court, having considered the motion, the evidence, the arguments of
counsel and the law, enters the following orders:
It is ordered that Petitioner's request that Respondent be ordered to pay for temporary
support of Petitioner while this case is pending, be and the same is hereby DENIED.
It is ordered that Petitioner’s request that Respondent be ordered to pay for Petitioner's
interim attorney’s fees and expenses while this case is pending, be and the same is hereby
DENIED.
It is ordered that pending farther order by the court, Respondent shall pay to Petitioner,
an amount equal to forty percent (40%) of any sums received by Respondent from Trahan &
Williams, L.L.C. pursuant to the Redemption Agreement dated August 30, 2012, to which
Respondent and Trahan & Williams, L.L.C. are parties. Respondent shall pay the foregoing
amount to Petitioner by wire transfer to Petitioner's account at USAA Bank, account
