The undersigned attorneys agree and stipulate to the substitution of Morgan R. Bentley,
Esq. and the law firm of Bentley & Bruning, P.A., as attorney of record for SDC Communities,
Inc. and Henry Rodriguez, as Defendants, in this cause and would request that all future
pleadings and correspondence be forwarded to him at the address appearing below. The
undersigned further stipulate and agree that by the entry of this Stipulation, that the law firm of
Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen shall be relieved from any future responsibility with
regard to the representation of SDC Communities, Inc. and Henry Rodriguez, as Defendants, in
this matter. The parties further agree to the entry of the Order attached.
