“VOTT”), by and through their undersigned attorney, do hereby object to the issuance of the
subpoena duces tecum without deposition directed to Shaun Benderson, 8441 Cooper Creek Blvd.,
University Park, Florida, 34231, and, in accordance with Fla. R. Civ. Pro. 1.351 (c), requires that
such subpoena not be served.
