PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS’, SDC COMMUNITIES,
INC. AND HENRY RODRIGUEZ'S, THIRD REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS
Plaintiff, McCann Holdings, Inc. (“McCann”), responds to
the Third Request for Admissions of Defendants, SDC Communities,
Inc. (“SDC”) and Henry Rodriguez (“Rodriguez”) (collectively,
“Defendants”), and states:
McCann objects to Defendants’ Third Request for Admissions
in its entirety on the ground that Defendants have exceeded the
maximum number of Requests for Admissions allowed by Fla. R.
Civ. P. 1.370. Subject to and without waiving the foregoing
objection and subject to outstanding and additional discovery,
McCann responds as follows:
1. Please admit that the amount of damages claimed by you
against SDC as of August 15, 2012 did not exceed $3,500,000.
RESPONSE: Denied.
