TRIAL SCHEDULING ORDER
This action came before the Court for a Case Management
Conference on September 27, 2013 and the Court, after conferring
with counsel for the parties, directs that this Trial Scheduling
Order shail govern discovery and other pre-trial deadlines in
this action. It is, therefore,
ORDERED anc ADJUDGED that:
1. This action is at issue and is hereby set for jury
trial on the three week docket beginning November 10, 2014 in
Sarasota County, Florida.
2. The Mandatory Pre-Trial Conference is hereby scheduied
for November 3, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Lead trial counsel for each
party shall attend.
3. The following pre-trial deadlines shall apply:rh
Plaintiff shall serve its preliminary fact
witness list on or before January 15, 2014;
Defendants shall serve their preliminary fact
witness lists on or before February 15, 2014;
Plaintiff shall serve its expert witness list,
and shall provide three dates on which its expert
witnesses are available for deposition, on or
before February 15, 2014;
Defendants shall serve their expert witness
lists, and shall provide three dates on which
their expert witnesses are availabie for
deposition, on or before March 15, 2014;
The parties shall serve their final fact witness
lists on or before July 1, 2014;
All discovery shall be completed on or before
September 1, 2014;
All dispositive motions shall be filed and served
on or before October 1, 2014;
Trial exhibit lists shall be filed and served on
or before October 15, 2014;
All deposition designations shall be filed and
served on or before October 25, 2014;j. All objections to deposition designations shall
be filed and served on or before November 2,
2014;
k. The parties shall exchange trial exhibits on or
before November 5, 2014;
1. All motions in limine shall be filed and served
on or before November 5, 2014. All motions in
limine shall be set for hearing prior to the
First day of trial.
4, The foregoing schedule of pre-trial deadlines shall be
strictly adhered to by the parties unless a change is agreed to
by the parties or approved by the Court.
