RANDALL BENDERSON’S MOTION TO AUTHORIZE IDENTIFICATION OF EXPERT
WITNESSES
This action was before the Court on September 2, 2014 on the Motion To Authorize Identification of
Expert Witnesses filed by Defendant’s, VOTT-A, LLC, VOTT-B, LLC, VOTT-C, LLC, VOTT-D, LLC, and
Randall Benderson (collectively “Defendant’”), and the Court having heard the argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised, it is, therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion To Authorize Identification of Expert Witnesses is
Granted. Defendant shall file and serve its Expert Witness List prior to September 10, 2014, and shall
respond to Plaintiff's Expert Interrogatories prior to September 12, 2014.
DONE and ORDERED this Ve day of September, 2014.
