On this date, came on to be heard the motion ofthe State of Texas, Plaintiff, for judgment
nunc pro tunc. Plaintiff appeared by attorney of record and Respondents although having
received notice 0fthis hearing, failed to appear. The Court heard argument by the Plaintiff.
After due consideration and examination of the original judgment rendered by the Court on
October 8, 2019, the Court finds that the judgment entered on October 8, 2019, contained the
following typographical error: the judgment as entered on the October 8, 2019, did not include
the following seized items that were listed in the Amended Petition: ONE (1) GLOCK 22 .40
CALIBER PISTOL SN#: PNF147; ONE (l) PISTOL BOX; FOUR (4) MAGAZINES; TWO (2)
BARRELS.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion of the State of Texas, Plaintiff, for
judgment nunc pro tunc is GRANTED, and that the clerk will enter the judgment in accordance
with the judgment as rendered on October 8, 2019, nunc pro tunc in the minutes of the Court.
