The Court is of the opinion that a scheduling conference should be set in this
matter.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the above entitled and numbered cause is
HEREBY SET for a scheduling conference on October 23, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. All
counsel and pro se parties are ORDERED to appear on such date and time and to
bring their calendars to the conference and be prepared to set dates.
Failure of any party to appear may result in dismissal of this case or entry of
a default judgment against the non-appearing party. The provisions of Texas Rules
of Civil Procedure 165a shall be observed by this Court.
The purpose of this scheduling conference is to update the Court on the
status of this case and to set a trial date and all deadlines. This conference may be
canceled only if the Court, prior to October 9, 2017 receives a completed scheduling
order with a trial date agreed to by all parties.
As of the date of this Order, an answer has not been filed by Defendants,
Linx, Ltd. or Watts Plumbing Technologies (TAIZHOU) Co. Ltd. Plaintiff is, therefore,
further ORDERED to serve Defendants, Linx, Ltd and Watts Plumbing Technologies
(TAIZHOU) Co. Ltd., with this Order Setting Case for Scheduling Conference.
