FROM EARNINGS FOR CHILD SUPPORT
Withholding Earnings for Child Support
The Court ORDERS that any employer of ISMAEL PALOMINOS shall begin withholding
from his disposable earnings no later than the first pay period following the date this order is served
on that employer.
Method of Payment
IT IS ORDERED that all payments shall be made through the state disbursement unit at
Texas Child Support Disbursement Unit, P.O. Box 659791, San Antonio, Texas 78265-9791, and
thereafter promptly remitted to SONIA PALOMINOS for the support of the children. IT IS
ORDERED that each party shall pay, when due, all fees charged to that party by the state
disbursement unit and any other agency statutorily authorized to charge a fee.
Maximum Amount Withheld
The maximum amount to be withheld shall not exceed 50 percent of ISMAEL
PALOMINOS’S disposable earnings.
Order to Withhold Current Child Support
The Court ORDERS the employer to withhold the following amounts from the earnings of
ISMAEL PALOMINOS:
$1000.00 if Obligor is PAID MONTHLY;
$500.00 if Obligor is PAID TWICE MONTHLY;
$461.54 if Obligor is PAID EVERY OTHER WEEK;
$230.77 if Obligor is PAID EVERY WEEK:
IT IS ORDERED that ISMAEL PALOMINOS is obligated to pay and shall pay to SONIA
PALOMINOS child support of seven hundred and fifty dollars and zero cents ($500.00) per month,
with the first payment being due and payable on December 1, 2018 and a like payment being due
and payable on the 1st day of each month thereafter until the first month following the date of the
earliest occurrence of one of the events specified below:
1. any child reaches the age of eighteen years or graduates from high school,
whichever occurs later, subject to the provisions for support beyond the age of eighteen years set
out below;
2. any child marries;
3. any child dies;
4. any child enlists in the armed forces of the United States and begins active service
as defined by section 101 of title 10 of the United States Code; or
5. any child's disabilities are otherwise removed for general purposes.
EMPLOYER'S ORDER TO WITHHOLD 2
FROM EARNINGS FOR CHILD SUPPORT
If the child is eighteen years of age and has not graduated from high school, IT IS
ORDERED that ISMAEL PALOMINOS's obligation to pay child support to SONIA
PALOMINOS shall not terminate but shall continue for as long as the child is enrolled-
1. under chapter 25 of the Texas Education Code in an accredited secondary school in
a program leading toward a high school diploma or under section 130.008 of the Education Code
in courses for joint high school and junior college credit and is complying with the minimum
attendance requirements of subchapter C of chapter 25 of the Education Code or
2. on a full-time basis in a private secondary school in a program leading toward a
high school diploma and is complying with the minimum attendance requirements imposed by that
school.
Calculating Disposable Earnings
The employer shall calculate ISMAEL PALOMINOS's disposable earnings, which are
subject to withholding for child support, as follows:
1. Determine the "earnings" of ISMAEL PALOMINOS. "Earnings" means a payment
to or due an individual, regardless of source and how denominated, and includes a periodic or
lump-sum payment for wages, salary, compensation received as an independent contractor,
overtime pay, severance pay, commission, bonus, and interest income; payments made under a
pension, an annuity, workers' compensation, and a disability or retirement program; and
unemployment benefits.
2. Subtract the following sums to calculate ISMAEL PALOMINOS's "disposable
earnings":
a. any amounts required by law to be withheld, that is, federal
income tax and federal FICA or OASI tax (Social Security) and Railroad
Retirement Act contributions;
b. union dues;
c. nondiscretionary retirement contributions by ISMAEL
PALOMINOS; and
d. medical, hospitalization, and disability insurance coverage for ISMAEL
PALOMINOS and his child.
More Than One Order Withholding
If you receive more than one "Writ of Withholding" or "Employer's Order to Withhold
Earnings for Child Support" for ISMAEL PALOMINOS, you shall pay an equal amount towards
the current support portion of all orders or writs until each is individually complied with, and
thereafter pay equal amounts on the arrearage portion of all orders or writs until each is complied
with, or until the maximum total amount of allowable withholding, 50 percent of ISMAEL
PALOMINOS's disposable earnings, is reached, whichever occurs first.

Termination of Withholding
The Court further finds that it is not the obligation of the Tarrant County Child Support
Office to initiate notice to discontinue the withholding of income for child support to any

The Court ORDERS the employer to notify the Court and AMANDA JO GREGORY
within seven days of the date that ISMAEL PALOMINOS terminates employment. The Court
ORDERS the employer to provide ISMAEL PALOMINOS's last known address and the name and
address of his new employer, if known.
