                   ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR NO-EVIDENCE SUMMARY JUDGMENT

                           After   considering     Defendants’      Motion     for  No    Evidence     Summary       Judgment,     the




                           GRANTS Defendants’ Motion for No Evidence Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s causes

                  of action for Gross Negligence, Negligence Per Se, violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices

                  Act, Constructive Fraud, and Aiding and Abetting as Plaintiff has not presented any argument or

                                                                  tion thus conceding these claims; and


                           GRANTS Defendants’ Motion for No Evidence Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s causes

                  of  action   for  Breach    of   Contract,   Breach    of   Fiduciary    Duty,   Negligent     Misrepresentation,

                  Tortious   Interference    with  Prospective     Business   Relations,    Fraud,  Fraudulent     Inducement,     and

                                                          esented more than a scintilla of evidence to support any of these

                  claims.


                           Accordingly, the Court orders Plaintiff to take nothing on its claims.
